Every time we tour a home and think that’s the best one, you come up with something great for the next home. You are talented in so many ways. I love your creativity! I always said I could design flowers, a house or business, but I can’t dress myself. I adore being able to envision things,but don’t have the means to do it and now I’m 75. Great going. Did intermittent fasting and did well.ate a salad and protein and lost weight.3 yrs ago my throat started hurting like burning and felt like cut glass, hoarse and very sore. Not covid, so told dr and x with LPR laryngopharengeal reflux. So have to eat,ow fat,avoid triggers (onions (which for a yr was eating about 1/3 of onion a day in salads), garlic, tomato sauce, and chocolate. Also acidic fruits. So have had a hard time and amon PPI med which I don’t like but because diagnosed with barrets esophagus which is precursor to caI will take them. So I need to lose 25to 30 lbs sigh will help my severe arthritis as well. Just subscribed to your channel
